Legal terms governing online appointment bookings and shop purchases at Joycee Afro Hair.
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all business relations between Joycee Afro Hair ("we" or "Salon") and our clients ("you"). By making a booking or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services & Appointments
2.1 Contract Formation
By submitting the online booking wizard and paying the required deposit, you make a binding request. The contract is concluded only when we explicitly confirm the appointment via email. If declined, the deposit is refunded in full.
2.2 Deposits & Cancellation Terms
A deposit payment is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited against the final balance at the salon.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled slot. For cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as compensation.
3. Online Shop Purchases
3.1 Order and Payment
The display of products is non-binding. Completing the shipping form and checkout payment via PayPal constitutes a binding purchase offer. Acceptance is declared upon sending the order confirmation email.
3.2 Prices & Shipping
All prices are in Euro (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping of goods is provided free of charge.
3.3 Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain our property until fully paid.
4. Revocation Rights (Products)
Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of revocation from the day of delivery. To exercise this right, you must inform us (Joycee Afro Hair, info@joyceeafrohair.de) of your decision in writing.
Hygiene exceptions: The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts concerning sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g. opened hair care creams).
5. Liability & Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
